There is HONOR among DJs!

You know, the DJ Brotherhood is a very small small and tight group.  Thats as far as I know.  Unfortunately, but at the same time understandably, you can not expect all people to behave in a righteous manner, righteous as in trustworthy and morally upright.

I've been doing drops for more than 10 years now and have become friends with a lot of DJs who have been with us since our DMZ days.  I dont know, maybe I've made drops for more than a thousand DJs both here and abroad and its been a great honor to still be recognized close to 2 decades being off the air already.  I would love to mention the names of the DJs that have been easy, honest and have shown tremendous amount of class in our dealings, not just once but multiple times, i tell you.  Well, if I cant mention all of them I might as well not mention any names now, but you know who you are!  Thanks again guys!

On the other side of the coin, being in this business of production, its inevitable that you come across DJs who would rather destroy their good name and rep instead of simply fulfilling their end of the bargain.  They are the DJS who, not surprisingly, are not anywhere near the stature of the GOOD DJs that I mentioned earlier.  Perhaps it is their lack of breeding, congenital distrust for humanity and their mental propensity TO  SCAM RATHER THAN BE SCAMMED.  Okay, so maybe that is a pretty strong word to use for this scenario, but what else can you call them?  What do you call DJs who make a deal with you and dont deliver what they promise?  In any business, that is foul to the stinkiest degree.  For what price?  And for what sort of personal satisfaction gained?  WTH, your guess is as bad as mine!

Fortunately, in more than 10 years of doing this and having dealt with more than a thousand DJs, I could probably count with ONE HAND only, the DJs who are on the OTHER SIDE, in a manner of speaking.   I'm probably more used to dealing with good DJS that I am scandalized by the actions of others who do not fit in the same mold.  But you know what the funny part is, the DJs who are easy and trustworthy (aka Word of Honor) are the GREAT DJs!  They are the ones who've been around for a long time now and have shown RESPECT for their fellow DJS and colleagues.  There is HONOR in the DJ Brotherehood!

Okay, going back to the 5 DJ scammer......hmmmmm...no, maybe just 4 of them.  I would love to mention their names right here and now but, first, I dont think you know them because they're small-time DJs only, exemplified by their small-time mentality.  Second, why give them the exposure?  they know who I'm talking about already.  I dont want to add to their distorted sense of satisfaction any more.  On the other hand, why not?  Who cares about those scams, ooppps, sorry, SCUMS, anyway?

Its almost 4pm, got to go pick up my daughter first.

Coming up....the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse!
